     Ron was raised on a farm near Croton Ohio, and as a boy attended auctions with his dad and enjoyed listening to the different auctioneers. He completed auction school in 1969 and sold at a livestock market for 13 years, and was the auctioneer at a salvage auto auction for 32 years, and has had his Ohio real estate license since 1976.

     He is a retired journeyman toolmaker and enjoys selling machinery, tools and shop equipment as well as farm equipment.

     He is also certified by several county courts to appraise real estate and personal property.
